Role Overview

We are seeking passionate Python Full Stack Trainers with expertise in AI integration to join our dynamic training team. Whether you're a fresh graduate with strong technical foundation or an experienced developer, we welcome enthusiastic individuals who are committed to teaching and mentoring the next generation of developers. You will deliver industry-oriented, hands-on training that prepares students for careers in contemporary full-stack development and the rapidly evolving AI-powered application landscape.

We provide mentorship and professional development support to help trainers grow in their teaching careers.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development Training

- Deliver instruction on HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design using Tailwind CSS
- Teach JavaScript fundamentals through advanced concepts including ES6+, async/await, and DOM manipulation
- Guide students through TypeScript implementation for type-safe applications
- Instruct React with TypeScript, including hooks and custom hooks development
- Teach state management using Redux Toolkit, Tanstack query and Context API
- Introduce Next.js for full-stack React applications with server-side rendering and API routes
- Guide component architecture, styling, and performance optimization

Backend Development Training

- Teach Python programming fundamentals, OOP concepts, and best practices
- Guide Django and Django REST Framework for building REST APIs
- Instruct FastAPI for modern async web frameworks
- Teach PostgreSQL database design, SQL queries, and relationships
- Guide frontend-backend integration, API authentication (JWT, OAuth2), and security fundamentals
- Instruct CRUD operations, RESTful principles, error handling, and API testing





AI Integration & Modern Technologies

- Teach LLM fundamentals and API integration with OpenAI GPT and Anthropic Claude
- Guide multimodal AI applications including vision inputs and structured outputs
- Instruct prompt engineering best practices including system prompts and chain-of- thought reasoning
- Teach streaming responses, token counting, and cost estimation for AI APIs
- Guide embeddings and vector database basics (Pinecone, ChromaDB, pgvector)
- Instruct Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and document processing
- Teach conversational AI systems with memory management
- Guide AI agents, tool use, and function calling patterns
- Introduce LangChain and LlamaIndex frameworks

DevOps, Tools & Best Practices

- Guide Git/GitHub workflows and collaborative development
- Teach Docker basics and containerization concepts
- Instruct testing frameworks including pytest and React Testing Library
- Guide monitoring and logging concepts using Sentry and LangSmith
- Teach system design fundamentals and architectural thinking

Teaching & Mentoring

- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions with practical demonstrations
- Explain concepts through real-world examples, coding exercises, and case studies
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions guiding students in building applications
- Design and evaluate assignments, assessments, and technical projects
- Mentor students through projects and provide constructive feedback
- Identify learning gaps and provide targeted support
- Support students with interview preparation and technical assessments
- Maintain documentation of progress and student performance
- Stay updated with current technologies and industry trends





Required Core Skills Minimum Required Knowledge (All Candidates):

- Strong foundation in Python programming (fundamentals to OOP)
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of at least one backend framework (Django or FastAPI)
- Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks
- Understanding of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with Git and version control
- Basic knowledge of LLM APIs and AI concepts
- Tailwind CSS and modern CSS practices

Desirable Skills (For Growth & Preference):

- TypeScript and modern React patterns (Hooks, Redux)
- Next.js and full-stack application development
- FastAPI and async Python programming
- RAG systems and vector databases Prompt engineering and multimodal AI
- Docker and basic DevOps concepts
- Testing frameworks (pytest, React Testing)

A+ Bonus Skills (Highly Valued):

- n8n workflow automation platform

Candidate Requirements For Freshers / Early Career:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (recent graduates preferred)
- Strong academic projects or portfolio demonstrating full-stack development skills
- Hands-on experience with Python backend and React/JavaScript frontend through projects or internships
- Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs through coursework or personal projects
- GitHub profile or portfolio showcasing practical projects
