About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced AI Generalist & Technical Trainer to lead our flagship AI Generalist Program. This is not a traditional teaching role. The ideal candidate actively builds AI applications, AI agents, automation workflows, and AI-powered business solutions, and can mentor students through hands-on, project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Mentorship:

- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions.
- Teach through live coding, practical demonstrations, and real-world case studies.
- Design industry-relevant curriculum, assignments, and capstone projects.
- Mentor students in building production-ready AI applications.
- Conduct coding workshops, hackathons, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Evaluate assignments, projects, and technical assessments.
- Prepare students for placements, freelancing, startups, and AI consulting opportunities.
- Continuously update course content with the latest AI technologies and industry trends.

Technical Expertise Required:

Generative AI:

Ability to teach students how to rapidly build MVPs, AI applications, dashboards, internal tools, and business solutions using AI-assisted development workflows.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience building AI applications or AI automation solutions.
- Experience building real-world AI agents, workflows, or AI-powered business solutions.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience integrating AI models with APIs and external systems.
- Ability to build end-to-end AI solutions from idea to deployment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for students.
- Passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Continuous experimentation with the latest AI tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- AI certifications from recognized platforms.
- GitHub portfolio showcasing AI projects.
- Experience with production AI deployments.
- SaaS or startup experience.
- Technical blogging, YouTube, or public speaking experience.
- Corporate training or mentoring experience.
