We are looking for an experienced Head of AI to lead the company’s Artificial Intelligence strategy, development and implementation. The role will be responsible for building AI-driven solutions, leading the AI team, and identifying opportunities to use AI to improve products, operations and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the company’s AI strategy and roadmap.

Lead the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions.

Identify business opportunities where AI can improve efficiency and innovation.

Manage and mentor AI/ML engineers, data scientists and related technical teams.

Oversee the complete AI development lifecycle, from research and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.

Work closely with Product, Technology, and Business teams to deliver AI-based solutions.

Evaluate current AI technologies, models, and tools and recommend suitable solutions.

Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, secure and cost-effective.





Establish best practices for data management, model performance, testing and monitoring.

Track AI project performance and present progress and outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.

4+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science or related technology roles.

Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP and AI frameworks.

Experience in leading and managing technical teams.

Strong understanding of Python, cloud platforms, APIs and AI/ML deployment.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Experience in healthcare/wellness technology will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
