The Role

We are looking for an AI GTM Engineer to build the automation and intelligence layer behind our enterprise sales motion.

This is not a traditional SDR or growth marketing role. You will combine AI, engineering, data and GTM to help us identify, research, engage and convert enterprise accounts at scale.

What You’ll Do

- Build AI-powered prospecting and account research workflows.
- Identify high-potential accounts using hiring, expansion and company signals.
- Discover and enrich relevant decision makers.
- Automate personalized outbound across email and LinkedIn.
- Build AI agents for research, messaging and lead qualification.
- Create CRM automations and improve pipeline data quality.
- Integrate tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs and enrichment APIs.
- Build internal GTM tools, dashboards and workflows.
- Run experiments to improve targeting, response rates and meeting conversion.

What We’re Looking For
- Robust experience with APIs,



automation and data workflows.
- Familiarity with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude or Gemini.
- Python and/or JavaScript experience.
- Experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, n8n, Make, Zapier or similar.
- Strong understanding of B2B outbound and enterprise sales.
- Ability to work independently and turn business problems into working systems.

You’ll Stand Out If
- You have built GTM automations or AI agents.
- You have experience with Clay or similar enrichment platforms.
- You have worked at an early-stage B2B SaaS company.
- You have built prospecting, enrichment or outbound systems.
- You have a GitHub, portfolio or examples of systems you have built.
