Mindful Tech Solutions is an early-stage AI startup based in Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Andhra Pradesh, building practical AI, Generative AI, and cloud-based software solutions for real-world business applications.

We're a 6-member founding team where every engineer has direct ownership, works closely with the founders, and helps build production-ready AI products from day one. You'll have the opportunity to work across AI, cloud, and full-stack development while contributing to products used to solve real business problems.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications.
- Build and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Develop cloud-native Azure full-stack applications.
- Build and integrate REST APIs, backend services, databases, and frontend components.
- Use Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Research, prototype, and evaluate emerging AI technologies.
- Collaborate closely with founders and engineers to ship production-ready software.
- Take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Strong programming skills with Python.
- Understanding of AI/ML or Generative AI concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud.
- Experience working with REST APIs, databases, Git, and GitHub.
- Working knowledge of full-stack application development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI development tools.
- Experience building cloud-based applications on Azure.
- Personal projects, GitHub repositories,



or AI-related portfolio work.
- Hackathon participation or open-source contributions are a plus.

Compensation & Growth

- ₹30,000 per month
- 40-hour work week
- Initial 6-month project-based contract
- Performance-based salary review during the engagement.
- High-performing candidates may be considered for future opportunities as the company grows.

We're particularly interested in candidates from top-tier engineering institutions who combine strong programming fundamentals with a builder mindset. Exceptional candidates with outstanding projects, open-source contributions, or demonstrable technical skills will also be considered.
