Open Positions – AI, Computer Vision & Automotive
1. Machine Vision Engineer
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement industrial machine vision and computer vision applications.
- Develop, test and optimise vision algorithms using Python and OpenCV.
- Integrate cameras and vision hardware with software systems.
- Support system integration, testing and deployment at customer/plant sites.
- Analyse technical problems and contribute to practical solutions.
Required Skills
- Python, OpenCV and SciPy.
- Fundamentals of computer vision and image processing.
- Camera and vision hardware integration.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in industrial/shop-floor environments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field. 2. Senior ADAS Perception Algorithm Engineer – Camera / Image Processing
Experience: 6+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop real-time camera-based image processing, computer vision and perception algorithms for ADAS.
- Work on filtering, segmentation, feature extraction, object detection and pattern recognition.
- Develop production-grade C/C++ software and optimise latency, memory, computational complexity and real-time performance.
- Analyse algorithm performance using appropriate mathematical and statistical metrics.
- Validate algorithms using representative datasets and improve robustness against illumination changes, noise, blur, scale,
rotation and environmental variations.
- Evaluate third-party technologies, frameworks and externally supplied algorithms.
- Conduct feasibility studies and develop technical prototypes.
- Implement and reproduce relevant research approaches where required.
Required Skills
- Strong C/C++ with 5+ years of hands-on C++ development.
- Strong image processing and computer vision fundamentals.
- OpenCV or equivalent.
- MATLAB.
- Algorithm optimisation and real-time software development.
- Debugging and development tools, preferably Visual Studio.
- Understanding of ADAS and automotive vision.
- Solid mathematical and analytical skills.
- Camera/image-processing perception focus; LiDAR/Radar experience is not required.
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Vision or a related field. 3. ADAS Algorithm Engineer – Navigation, Planning & Control
Experience: 6+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop algorithms for ADAS and autonomous driving applications.
- Work on navigation, localisation, path planning and trajectory planning.
- Develop vehicle control algorithms considering vehicle dynamics and sensor/vehicle data.
- Apply mathematical modelling, optimisation, estimation and filtering techniques.
- Develop and validate real-time algorithms through simulation and testing.
- Analyse algorithm performance and support integration with automotive software systems.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on C++ programming.
- Solid understanding of navigation, localisation, planning and vehicle control.
- Knowledge of vehicle dynamics and mathematical modelling.
- Experience with optimisation, estimation and filtering techniques.
- Real-time software development and algorithm validation.
- Linux and Git.
- Good understanding of automotive/ADAS systems.
- This is an algorithm development role and does not require a generic AI/ML profile.
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics or a related field. 4. AI Data Science Engineer – Time Series & Device Analytics
Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse large-scale device and sensor time-series data to identify patterns and derive insights.
- Develop advanced time-series models and analytics solutions.
- Design data preprocessing, feature engineering and analytics pipelines.
- Apply statistical reasoning and mathematical techniques for data and model analysis.
- Research relevant AI/ML techniques and independently implement approaches from research papers.
- Develop, tune, optimise and validate ML/DL models.
- Work on AI solutions for resource-constrained and edge/on-device environments.
Required Skills
- Strong Python, NumPy and Pandas.
- Python and C++ programming.
- TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras and/or Scikit-learn.
- Time-series and ML/DL algorithms including LSTM, GRU, CNN, ARIMA/SARIMA, XGBoost, LightGBM and regression-based models.
- Solid understanding of ML/DL fundamentals, probability, backpropagation, normalisation and optimisation.
- Model tuning, optimisation and verification.
- Research-paper implementation capability.
- Git, Docker, Linux and CUDA.
- Knowledge of edge computing and low-resource AI is desirable.
Education: BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech. 5. AI Audio / Speech Developer
Experience: 2–5 Years
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in ASR and Language Model development
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Speech-to-Text (ASR) and language-processing solutions using deep learning.
- Build, train, fine-tune and optimise transformer-based speech and language models.
- Implement and reproduce research papers in speech recognition, NLP and GenAI.
- Work with LLM/SLM architectures, adaptation, quantisation and deployment optimisation.
- Improve speech recognition systems for accuracy, latency and resource efficiency.
- Evaluate, benchmark and tune model and pipeline performance.
- Integrate AI speech/language solutions into production systems.
Required Skills
- Strong Deep Learning, ML and neural-network fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of ASR, Speech-to-Text, Language Models and Transformer architectures.
- Hands-on ASR model training, fine-tuning and optimisation.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, quantisation and parameter-efficient tuning.
- Strong Python programming.
- PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
- Ability to implement research papers and convert research approaches into production solutions.
