We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with 5–9 years of experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Science, and AI application development. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building and deploying end-to-end AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, NLP, API integration, and cloud-based applications.

The candidate should have strong software engineering and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI solutions for business use cases.
- Translate business requirements and problems into effective AI, analytical, and data science solutions.
- Build end-to-end AI products, from data exploration and model development to deployment and monitoring.
- Develop solutions using LLMs, NLP, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI-powered APIs.
- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, data mining, experimentation, and statistical analysis on large datasets.
- Apply statistical, algorithmic, data mining, and visualization techniques to identify patterns and generate actionable insights.
- Integrate AI/ML solutions with enterprise applications using APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Develop scalable and reusable AI applications following software engineering and system architecture best practices.
- Collaborate with product, business, technology,



and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML/GenAI technologies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support technical enablement, knowledge sharing, and contribute as an AI subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across different business functions and geographies.
- Ensure solutions meet requirements for quality, scalability, performance, and successful delivery.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Python for AI/ML development.
- Solid knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Data Science.
- Experience with LLM, NLP, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI application development.
- Experience in building and integrating AI-powered APIs and enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, feature engineering, data mining, and experimentation.
- Knowledge of statistical and data mining techniques, including:
- Generalized Linear Models (GLM) and Regression
- Random Forest
- Boosting and Decision Trees
- Text Mining
- Hierarchical Clustering
- Deep Learning
- Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN)
- Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN)
- Strong understanding of software engineering, system architecture, scalability, and deployment best practices.
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable and production-ready AI solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with business and technical stakeholders
