About the Role

ATF Labs is seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building intelligent AI systems, autonomous agents, and enterprise-grade AI applications that solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
- Build and manage Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and task execution.
- Develop AI assistants, chatbots, copilots, and workflow automation solutions.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases.
- Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and LlamaIndex.
- Integrate AI applications with APIs, databases, ERP systems, and third-party platforms.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLM performance for business-specific use cases.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and AI workflows for improved response quality.
- Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed AI systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
- Proven experience working with LLMs, Generative AI, and AI agent frameworks.
- Solid portfolio, GitHub repository, or production-level AI projects.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building enterprise AI applications.
- Knowledge of fine-tuning and evaluating open-source models.
- Experience with AI orchestration and multi-agent collaboration systems.
- Understanding of NLP, embeddings, vector search, and knowledge retrieval systems.

Location Requirement

This is a Work from Office position based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Candidates must be willing to work from the Agra office.

Compensation

Salary will be offered based on experience, technical expertise, and interview performance.

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
