About the role:

We’re looking for an AI Creator who is obsessed with the possibilities of AI filmmaking and understands both cinema and technology.

You should be someone who can take an idea, visualise it like a filmmaker, and use the right combination of AI tools and workflows to bring it to life.

What we are looking for:

1.AI Film-Making

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of AI-generated images and videos

•⁠ ⁠Ability to create cinematic visuals using generative AI

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of camera language, lenses, focal lengths, camera movements, composition, lighting and depth

•⁠ ⁠Ability to translate a director/DOP’s visual brief into AI-generated shots

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of cinematic continuity between shots

2.Character and consistency

•⁠ ⁠Strong expertise in maintaining character identity and consistency across multiple shots

•⁠ ⁠Character, costume, setting and prop consistency

•⁠ ⁠Ability to build and maintain AI character references / workflows

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of image-to-image, reference-based generation and video modification

3.Visual Language

•⁠ ⁠Strong eye for composition, colour, tone, lighting and production design

•⁠ ⁠Ability to maintain a consistent visual style across an entire sequence

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of cinematic colour palettes and tonal continuity

•⁠ ⁠Ability to recreate or develop specific visual aesthetics

4.AI Workflow & ComfyUI





•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of ComfyUI and node-based AI workflows

•⁠ ⁠Ability to build, modify and troubleshoot complex workflows

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of models, LoRAs, ControlNet, IP-Adapter, image conditioning, upscaling and related workflows

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable experimenting with new models, nodes and emerging AI technologies

5.AI Tool Ecosystem

Hands-on experience with multiple AI filmmaking tools such as:

•⁠ ⁠Image generation

•⁠ ⁠Video generation

•⁠ ⁠Image-to-video / video-to-video

•⁠ ⁠Character consistency

•⁠ ⁠AI VFX

•⁠ ⁠AI motion / performance modification

•⁠ ⁠Generative fill / background replacement

•⁠ ⁠AI upscaling and enhancement
