We are expanding our training team in Jammu and looking for passionate and technically strong trainers in the Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security domains.

? Position: AI Trainer / Cyber Security Trainer

We are looking for trainers who can deliver high-quality, practical and engaging technical training to students, fresh graduates and working professionals.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable conducting live instructor-led sessions, practical demonstrations, hands-on labs, projects and assessments.

Candidates with expertise in either AI or Cyber Security are welcome to apply. Candidates with cross-domain expertise will be preferred.

? AI TRAINER – Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training in Artificial Intelligence and related technologies.
- Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations, assignments and hands-on projects.
- Train learners on relevant AI/ML concepts and industry tools.
- Develop and customize training content, presentations, exercises and lab activities.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, practical evaluations and project reviews.
- Mentor learners in capstone and real-world projects.
- Keep training content updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
- Provide learner feedback and performance reports.
- Collaborate with the L&D;/Academic team to improve curriculum and training delivery.

? CYBER SECURITY TRAINER –

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical Cyber Security training through instructor-led sessions and hands-on labs.
- Train learners in cybersecurity fundamentals, tools, methodologies and best practices.
- Conduct demonstrations, lab exercises, assignments and security projects.
- Mentor learners in practical cybersecurity and ethical hacking projects.
- Conduct assessments, practical evaluations and project reviews.
- Develop/update cybersecurity training content and lab exercises.
- Stay updated with current cybersecurity tools, techniques and industry practices.
- Provide learner feedback and performance reports.
- Work closely with the Academic/L&D; team to continuously improve training quality.

- Web Application Security

Relevant certifications such as CEH, Security , CySA , OSCP, CISSP, or equivalent will be an advantage.

- BCA / BSc / equivalent technical qualifications
- Relevant industry experience with strong practical expertise

Relevant industry experience and hands-on skills may be considered in lieu of a specific academic qualification.
