The Role

This is a GenAI engineering role at its core. You will design and build the agentic systems that power our BPA platform: autonomous, tool-using pipelines that plan, reason, and execute enterprise workflows end to end. You bring robust backend engineering to make those systems production-ready, but the center of gravity is applied GenAI, and above all, agentic AI.

What You'll Do

- Design and build agentic AI systems that plan, call tools, and execute multi-step automation with minimal supervision.
- Engineer the GenAI core: RAG pipelines, embeddings-based retrieval, and prompt engineering with rigorous evaluation loops.
- Build the backend that carries it: APIs in FastAPI and Flask,



and real-time streaming with WebSockets and SSE.
- Make LLM behavior reliable in production through guardrails, evaluation, and iteration.
- Debug complex AI-driven and distributed systems under real production conditions.
- Solve hard problems where performance and correctness are non-negotiable.

What We're Looking For

- Hands-on experience designing autonomous, tool-using, multi-step agents. This is the heart of the role.
- You have built retrieval-augmented systems and understand embedding-based retrieval end to end.
- A disciplined, evaluation-driven approach to making models do what you need.
- You understand how modern LLMs work well enough to build on them with intent.
- Clean, performant, production Python with real understanding under the hood.
- Building REST APIs with FastAPI and/or Flask.
- WebSockets and SSE for streaming and bidirectional communication.
- Sound complexity reasoning, the right data structure for the job, and methodical debugging.
