Knowledge & Enablement Engineer AI-Assisted Technical Documentation and Learning

Role Overview The Knowledge & Enablement Engineer is responsible for creating, maintaining, and operationalizing technical knowledge assets that accelerate solution adoption, developer productivity, and operational readiness. This role leverages AI-powered tools and techniques to efficiently generate, curate, and maintain technical documentation, training materials, knowledge bases, learning content, and enablement assets.

The Knowledge & Enablement Engineer ensures that solutions, platforms, frameworks, and accelerators are supported by transparent, accurate, accessible, and continuously maintained documentation and learning experiences. Working closely with Solution Architects, AI Engineers, Product Owners, and engineering teams, this role helps transform technical capabilities into consumable assets that drive successful adoption and long-term value realization.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Assisted Documentation Development

- Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, platforms, AI solutions, APIs, frameworks, and enterprise assets
- Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate documentation generation, content maintenance, technical summarization, and knowledge extraction
- Produce architecture documents, implementation guides, user guides, operational runbooks, installation guides, and reference documentation

Knowledge Management & Content Engineering

- Establish and maintain centralized knowledge repositories, documentation standards, and content governance processes
- Develop reusable templates, patterns, and documentation frameworks to improve consistency and scalability
- Ensure knowledge assets remain accurate, discoverable, version-controlled, and aligned with evolving solutions

Training & Enablement

- Design and deliver technical training programs, workshops, learning paths,



and onboarding materials for internal teams and stakeholders
- Create role-based enablement assets supporting developers, testers, architects, operations teams, and business users
- Develop self-service learning resources, hands-on labs, demonstrations, tutorials, and knowledge-sharing content

AI Solution Adoption & User Enablement

- Develop training and adoption materials for AI, GenAI, and agentic solutions
- Create end-user guides, operating procedures, prompt libraries, best practices, and governance guidance
- Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to drive adoption, capability awareness, and organizational readiness

Documentation Automation & Intelligence

- Build AI-assisted workflows for content creation, documentation reviews, knowledge extraction, and content maintenance
- Utilize AI capabilities to generate release notes, code documentation, FAQs, solution summaries, and knowledge articles
- Continuously improve documentation coverage, quality, and accessibility through automation and analytics

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

- Collaborate with engineering teams to capture technical knowledge throughout the solution lifecycle
- Partner with Solution Architects to ensure architecture decisions, standards, and patterns are properly documented
- Contribute reusable enablement frameworks, documentation practices, learning assets, and knowledge standards across the organization

Required Qualifications

- Strong experience in Technical Writing, Knowledge Management, Learning & Development, Technical Training, or Enablement functions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Experience creating technical documentation, guides, training materials, and knowledge assets for enterprise solutions

Proficiency with documentation platforms, collaboration tools, and content management systems
