We're looking for

? Tier 1 engineering grad, 0–2 years out

? Ex-product, ex-consulting, or built an AI initiative end to end

? Something you've shipped with AI that someone else actually used — not drafts, not summaries

? SQL + spreadsheets at working fluency — you pull your own data

? Sharp, short writing — the memo is the job
