AGM – Talent Acquisition
Experience: 13–20 Years
Education: MBA/PGDM – HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and lateral hiring across functions.
- Lead hiring for Sales and support functions.
- Manage and mentor a team of 10–15 recruiters.
- Build talent pipelines through portals, referrals, walk-ins & vendors.
- Partner with hiring managers and manage recruitment vendors.
- Track hiring performance and ensure timely closures.
Requirements:
- 13–20 years of robust Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience.
- Excellent team management & stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Candidates from BPO, IT & Manufacturing industries will not be considered.
Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
