About the Role

NTF India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced legal professional to lead and manage corporate legal affairs, litigation, contract management, and statutory compliance across business operations. The position will play a key role in safeguarding organizational interests by providing strategic legal support and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Advisory

- Provide legal advice to management on business, commercial, operational, and regulatory matters.
- Interpret and advise on Corporate Laws, Contract Laws, Labour Laws, Industrial Laws, Environmental Laws, Property Laws, and other applicable statutes.
- Assess legal risks and recommend effective mitigation measures.

Contract Management
- Draft, review, negotiate, and vet various agreements including:

- Customer Agreements
- Vendor & Supplier Agreements

- Service Agreements
- Lease & Rental Agreements
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Employment & Consultancy Contracts
- Technology Transfer & Joint Development Agreements
- Ensure protection of company interests in all contractual arrangements.

Litigation Management
- Handle civil, commercial, labor, consumer, arbitration, and criminal matters.
- Coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants.
- Review legal notices, replies, petitions, affidavits,



and court filings.
- Monitor litigation status and ensure timely resolution of disputes.

Labour & Industrial Relations Support
- Provide legal support in disciplinary proceedings and domestic enquiries.
- Handle labor disputes, union matters, and industrial relations issues.
- Advise HR team on statutory and employment-related legal matters.

Property & Regulatory Matters
- Conduct title verification and due diligence for land and property transactions.
- Review lease deeds, sale deeds, registrations, and licensing matters.
- Support legal activities related to plant expansion and infrastructure projects.

Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes in laws affecting manufacturing operations.
- Maintain legal records, MIS reports, and litigation trackers.
