SENIOR MANAGER / AGM – PRE-SALES Location: Chembur Site Office, Mumbai

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / AGM – Pre-Sales to lead the pre-sales function from our Chembur Site Office and drive lead management, customer engagement and conversion in close coordination with the Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Pre-Sales team, including Team Leaders and executives.
- Own the complete pre-sales funnel from lead allocation and qualification to follow-up and site visits.
- Drive improvement in lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion in coordination with the Sales team.
- Monitor team productivity, lead ageing, follow-ups, conversion ratios and individual performance.
- Develop and strengthen pre-sales processes, SOPs and operating metrics.
- Ensure effective CRM utilisation and accurate lead tracking.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular MIS, dashboards and performance insights to management.




- Coach and mentor Team Leaders and Pre-Sales executives to improve productivity and conversion.
- Identify process gaps and implement initiatives to improve pre-sales efficiency and customer experience.
- Provide management with insights on lead quality, customer trends, project demand and conversion performance.

Candidate Profile

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales, preferably with established/reputed developers.
- Proven experience managing Team Leaders and Pre-Sales teams.
- Strong understanding of real estate lead management, CRM, conversion funnel and pre-sales processes.
- Experience in setting up or scaling a Pre-Sales function will be an advantage.
- Exposure to premium / luxury residential real estate preferred.
- Solid communication, analytical, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
- Primary work location will be Chembur Site Office.
- Should be comfortable travelling to the Pune office once a month.
