Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead production operations for electronic components, ensuring compliance with Aerospace standards.
- Oversee manufacturing management, including planning, scheduling, and control processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency in production operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to supply chain management and logistics.
- Ensure effective communication among team members to achieve project goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 18-25 years of experience in electronics or aerospace industry with expertise in manufacturing operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or equivalent qualification.
- Robust understanding of Aerospace Standards such as AS9100D certification preferred.
