Role Description The Agentic AI Lead will drive the design, development, and deployment of agentic AI solutions that support enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. This full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves leading cross-functional teams to define AI use cases, architect solutions, and oversee implementation across data, cloud, and application ecosystems. The role includes collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring that AI agents integrate securely and reliably with existing systems.





The Agentic AI Lead will guide experimentation and prototyping, establish best practices and governance for AI usage, and monitor solution performance to refine models and workflows. Daily responsibilities also include mentoring team members, contributing to technical documentation, and supporting pre-sales and client presentations as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in AI and machine learning, including experience designing and implementing agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows.
- Proficiency in modern cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure), data engineering, and integration of AI solutions with enterprise applications.
- Experience leading technical teams, managing end-to-end solution delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, APIs, microservices, and MLOps or AIOps practices.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, security, and governance frameworks for enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; industry certifications in AI or cloud platforms are an advantage.
- Prior experience in consulting or working with global enterprises on AI-led digital transformation is highly beneficial.
