Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished AI Lead with 12+ years of overall experience and minimum 4+ years of experience leading AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI initiatives , who is passionate about building world-class AI platforms, mentoring high-performing engineering teams, and driving AI-powered business transformation.

In this role, you will define AI strategy, lead solution architecture, establish AI engineering standards, drive innovation across Generative AI and Agentic AI ecosystems, and work closely with executive leadership, customers, product teams, and engineering organizations to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions that create measurable business value.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping iTCart's AI vision and expanding our capabilities in enterprise AI, automation, intelligent agents, predictive analytics, and next-generation AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute iTCart's AI architecture, technology vision, and strategic roadmap

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions

• Drive AI-driven digital transformation initiatives for global customers across multiple industries

• Architect scalable AI platforms, multi-agent systems, RAG frameworks, copilots, and enterprise knowledge systems

• Lead cross-functional teams comprising AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Backend Engineers, Architects, and Product Managers

• Establish AI engineering standards, governance frameworks, security controls, and development best practices

• Drive adoption of emerging technologies including LLMs, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Frameworks, AI Orchestration, and Intelligent Automation

• Own AI innovation initiatives from ideation, proof-of-concept, pilot deployments, and production rollouts





• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-led optimization and growth

• Define and track AI success metrics including performance, accuracy, latency, scalability, cost efficiency, and business outcomes

• Ensure compliance with responsible AI principles, governance standards, and regulatory requirements

• Mentor and develop AI engineering talent while fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence

Must-Have Skills – Technical Skills (with Minimum Experience)

AI & Leadership

• Minimum 12+ years overall experience in software engineering, data science, AI, or enterprise technology solutions

• Minimum 4+ years leading AI, ML, Data Science, or AI Engineering teams

• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale AI programs from strategy through delivery

Generative AI & LLMs

• Minimum 4+ years experience building AI/ML solutions in production

• Minimum 3+ years experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Strong experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, or equivalent enterprise AI ecosystems

• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and advanced prompt workflows

AI Frameworks & Agentic AI

• Minimum 3+ years experience with LangChain and enterprise LLM orchestration

• Minimum 2+ years experience with LangGraph for stateful and multi-agent workflows

• Minimum 2+ years experience designing AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, and Agentic Workflows

• Experience with CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, MCP, A2A, or similar AI orchestration frameworks

RAG, Search & Knowledge Systems

• Minimum 3+ years experience developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures

• Experience implementing enterprise knowledge retrieval systems

• Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Azure AI Search, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, or Milvus

• Strong understanding of embeddings, semantic search, chunking strategies, and retrieval optimization

Machine Learning & Data Science

• Minimum 6+ years experience in Machine Learning and Applied AI

• Strong experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, or equivalent ecosystems

• Experience developing predictive models, recommendation systems, NLP solutions, and intelligent automation platforms

• Strong background in statistics, model evaluation, feature engineering, and data-driven decision-making

Cloud & AI Infrastructure

• Minimum 5+ years experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP

• Strong experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI,



Cognitive Services, or equivalent AI cloud platforms

• Minimum 3+ years experience with containerization and cloud-native deployment architectures using Docker and Kubernetes

MLOps, Traceability & Governance

• Minimum 3+ years experience implementing MLOps and AI lifecycle management

• Experience with LangSmith, Langfuse, LangForge, MLflow, Weights & Biases, or equivalent observability platforms

• Strong experience in AI traceability, prompt monitoring, model observability, evaluation frameworks, and production monitoring

• Experience implementing Responsible AI, AI governance, AI security, data privacy, auditability, and compliance controls

• Understanding of enterprise AI risk management and AI regulatory requirements

Professional & Interpersonal Skills

• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills

• Strong leadership and people management capabilities

• Proven ability to influence senior executives, customers, and stakeholders

• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes

• Experience building AI Copilots for enterprise applications
