Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Affiliate Manager role based in Lucknow.

The Affiliate

Manager will manage and grow affiliate partnerships by onboarding new affiliates, nurturing existing relationships, and monitoring performance across campaigns.

Responsibilities include optimizing affiliate programs, tracking KPIs, preparing performance reports, and coordinating promotional activities to maximize revenue. The role involves close collaboration with sales, online marketing,



and account management teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and partner strategies.

The Affiliate

Manager will also handle day-to-day communication with affiliates, resolve issues promptly, and identify opportunities for expansion in key markets.

Qualifications

- Strong Affiliate Management skills, including onboarding, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Account Management capabilities to maintain relationships, handle inquiries, and support partners effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills and Sales acumen to negotiate terms, present offers, and influence outcomes.
- Experience in Online Marketing, including understanding of performance marketing, tracking tools, and campaign metrics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in affiliate or performance marketing, preferably in an international environment, is an advantage.
