Job Summary

DermaVilla Skin & Hair Clinic is looking for a skilled, well-groomed and client-focused Aesthetic Therapist who can perform aesthetic and skin treatments safely while delivering an excellent client experience.

The role involves treatment execution, client handling, consultation support, follow-ups, package conversion, upselling and client retention.

Key ResponsibilitiesTreatment & Clinical Responsibilities

- Perform aesthetic and skin treatments as per DermaVilla protocols and under the guidance of the doctor.
- Perform procedures such as facials, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, Q-Switch treatments, laser hair reduction (LHR), RF-based treatments and other non-invasive aesthetic procedures based on training and authorization.
- Prepare clients before procedures and provide appropriate post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain treatment rooms, machines and equipment according to hygiene and safety standards.
- Follow all treatment SOPs and ensure proper documentation of every procedure.
- Maintain client treatment records, photographs and progress updates wherever required.
- Immediately report any adverse reaction, client concern or treatment-related issue to the doctor/manager.

Client Handling & Relationship Management
- Understand the client's concerns and treatment goals.
- Explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes, session requirements and aftercare clearly.
- Build a qualified relationship with clients and provide a comfortable treatment experience.




- Follow up with existing clients regarding their next sessions and treatment plans.
- Ensure clients complete their recommended treatment sessions on schedule.
- Work towards improving client retention and repeat visits.

Sales & Revenue Responsibilities
- Identify appropriate opportunities for additional treatments, packages and skincare products based on client requirements.
- Educate clients about recommended treatments rather than using aggressive selling techniques.
- Support doctors and managers in converting treatment plans into packages.
- Work towards assigned individual monthly sales targets.
- Promote relevant packages, services and products as communicated by management.
- Contribute towards the overall monthly revenue target of the clinic.

Appointment & Follow-up Responsibilities
- Maintain regular contact with assigned clients.
- Encourage clients to schedule their next appointment before leaving the clinic.
- Follow up with clients who have pending sessions or have not visited for a prolonged period.
- Coordinate with the Client Coordinator and Manager regarding appointments, cancellations and rescheduling.

Hygiene & Operational Responsibilities
- Maintain strict standards of hygiene, sterilization and infection control.




- Ensure treatment rooms are properly prepared before every procedure.
- Check machines and consumables before starting treatments.
- Inform the manager about low stock, machine issues or consumable requirements.
- Follow DermaVilla's clinical, operational and client-service SOPs at all times.

Candidate Requirements
- Relevant qualification/certification in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology or a related field.
- Previous experience in a dermatology/aesthetic clinic is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of aesthetic treatments and machines.
- Good understanding of skin types, basic skincare and treatment protocols.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Comfortable with sales, upselling and monthly targets.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance and communication.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi and Marathi is preferred.
- Should be a team player and comfortable working with doctors, managers, client coordinators and other therapists.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
