We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer / Software Developer with strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), JavaScript, and UI technologies. The candidate will work closely with application developers, product operations, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand complex product requirements and build scalable, resilient, and well-tested solutions.

The role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and a consultant mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with application developers, product operations, architects, and other cross-functional teams to understand complex product requirements.
- Translate business and product requirements into scalable and automated technical solutions.
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance software applications using Java/J2EE and AEM.
- Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and resilient code following software development best practices.
- Develop and maintain UI components using HTML5, CSS, LESS/SCSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Develop and customize solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Work with AEM technologies including OSGi, Sightly/HTL, Sling, JCR, and AEM Workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to improve existing systems, processes, standards, development practices, and tools.
- Perform unit testing and ensure that all developed solutions are thoroughly tested before deployment.
- Identify technical issues, investigate root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining development standards.
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities for system improvements, automation, and enhanced testing.




- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced development environment.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- 4–6 years of Software Development experience
- Strong knowledge of Java / J2EE
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Good knowledge of OSGi
- Good knowledge of Sling
- Good knowledge of JCR
- Positive knowledge of Sightly / HTL
- Hands-on experience with AEM Workflows
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript / jQuery
- Hands-on experience with HTML5

- Good knowledge of Bootstrap / responsive UI design
- Strong understanding of software development and testing practices
