Mandatory Technical Skills

- Robust knowledge of:
- AEM Replication (Forward & Reverse Replication)

- OSGi

- Apache Sling

- Apache Oak
- Maven-based Build & Deployment

- Adobe Dispatcher

- AEM Security Best Practices
- Content Publishing & Migration
- Workflow Development & Automation

Additional Preferred Skills

- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- React or Angular (Good to Have)
- Adobe Analytics Integration
- CI/CD and DevOps Practices
- Oracle / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) Certification
- Agile Development Experience

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize AEM components, templates, and pages

- Configure and manage replication processes
