We’re looking for a hands-on AdTech & Publisher Monetization Lead to build and scale an advertising platform from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build mobile & web advertising infrastructure.
- Work with Google Ad Manager, AdMob, SSPs, DSPs, mediation & programmatic advertising .
- Develop direct advertising, sponsored content, marketplace & creator monetization.
- Define ad formats, placements, targeting, pricing, and revenue models.
- Lead advertiser partnerships and ad operations.
- Drive revenue, eCPM, fill rate, CTR, viewability, and ROAS.
- Build and lead the advertising & monetization team.

Must-Have:

- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven publisher-side AdTech / monetization experience.




- Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager or similar platforms .
- Experience launching or scaling advertising platforms for web/mobile products.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, ad operations, privacy, and fraud prevention.
