The academy integrates SAT coaching into the regular intermediate syllabus and provides training for language proficiency exams such as IELTS and TOEFL. Role Overview

- Manage the admissions to achieve student enrollment and revenue targets .
- Oversee the complete admissions cycle, from lead generation and counselling to conversion and enrollment .
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents and ensure a positive admission experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual admission targets .
- Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the admissions counsellors.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, counselling sessions, conversions, and enrollment pipeline.
- Handle key parent and student counselling and support the team in closing admissions.
- Address queries, objections,



and concerns from prospective students and parents.
- Track and improve lead-to-admission conversion rates .
- Maintain accurate admissions data and ensure timely CRM/system updates.
- Prepare regular admissions reports, conversion reports, and enrollment projections for management.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
- Conduct and support campus visits, counselling sessions, seminars, events, and admission campaigns .
- Identify new opportunities and channels for student recruitment.
- Ensure the admissions team follows established processes, communication standards, and documentation requirements.
- Analyse admission trends and recommend improvements to increase enrollments.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Management, or a related field .
- 2+ years of experience in admissions, education sales, counselling, business development, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in team handling and target-driven sales preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong lead management, counselling, follow-up, and conversion skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office/Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment .
- Passion for education and the ability to effectively engage with students and parents .
