We are expanding our Kanpur team and looking for driven Admissions Specialists to guide students, build trust with parents, and convert warm leads into successful enrollments. What You’ll Do Counseling & Conversions: Guide students and parents toward suitable programs, convert warm leads, and achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Pipeline Management: Managing inbound and outbound sales calls, Lead Generation, Management and Closing,



Maintain daily CRM updates, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Outreach Support: Represent Studycups at education fairs and student outreach events as needed. What We’re Looking For -1–4 years of experience in EdTech, admission counseling, or telesales. -Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English with strong lead-closing ability. -Target-driven mindset and comfort using CRM tools for daily reporting.
