LedgerGate Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Admission Counsellor to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, making outbound calls, explaining our educational programs, following up with prospective students, and supporting the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information about our programs.
- Maintain and update student inquiry and lead databases.
- Follow up with leads regularly to drive admissions and conversions.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to achieve enrolment targets.
- Provide professional and excellent customer service to students.
- Meet daily and weekly call, follow-up, and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor, Telecaller, Sales Executive, or in a similar customer-facing role.




- Good communication skills in English.
- Native Tamil or Native Hindi speakers are preferred.
- Solid communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience are preferred.
- Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to handle student queries professionally.
- Ability to work towards daily and monthly admission targets.
- Willingness to work from the office in Bangalore.
