Roles and Responsibilities :

- Key Responsibilities

- Own yearly/quarterly admissions & revenue targets and conversion ratio

- Build & manage counselling, tele-sales, lead-desk and program office teams

- Monitor enquiry lead counselling form admission funnel

- Ensure strict follow-up discipline, lead hygiene, and CRM usage

- Plan and execute conversion campaigns with marketing & outreach teams

- Conduct counsellor training on product, objection handling, & compliance

- Governance of documentation, refund communication & policy adherence

- Weekly MIS review with leadership and performance action plans

- Coordinate with academic/finance/IT/marketing for smooth admissions ops

- Handle escalations (student/parent) with professionalism

- Drive SOP creation, audit, and continuous process improvements

Job Requirements :

- 5-18 years of experience in admissions or a related field (e.g., educational marketing).

- Solid understanding of institutional marketing principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills for effective student interaction.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
