Position: Admission Counsellor

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Location: EuroSchool Chimney Hills, Chikkabanavara

Employment Type: Full-time | On-roll

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle admission enquiries and counsel prospective parents.
- Explain the school's curriculum, facilities, programs and admission process.
- Conduct campus visits and provide an engaging experience to prospective parents.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate admission records and ensure timely follow-ups.




- Coordinate with academic and school teams for a smooth admission process.
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents.

Candidate Profile:

- 2 -4 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, sales or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing and follow-up skills.
- Good command of English.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Experience in the school/education sector will be an added advantage.
