Job Overview

IPCS Global is looking for a motivated Academic Counselor to counsel students and parents, handle inquiries, generate leads, and convert prospects into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on courses and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
- Generate leads and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain lead/student records in CRM.
- Participate in seminars and promotional activities.
- Prepare lead and admission reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admissions.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of EdTech experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Academic/Admission Counseling, Inside Sales, or Student Counseling preferred.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic CRM knowledge.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
