Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day administrative and office activities.
- Manage customer enquiries through phone calls and direct communication.
- Follow up with customers and leads to support sales activities.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and other required documents.
- Maintain customer records and update sales-related information.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding orders and requirements.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Maintain proper records, files, and office documentation.
- Handle assigned administrative and sales-related tasks efficiently.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Previous experience in administration or sales will be an advantage.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Positive follow-up and organizational skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
