Role Description The Actuarial Software Engineer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining software components that support actuarial models and analytics for insurance clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating actuarial requirements into robust technical solutions, and writing clean, productive code.

The role involves collaborating with actuaries and data specialists to ensure system reliability, and improve performance of actuarial applications. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, requiring regular presence at the office for coordinated work and team collaboration.

Qualifications





- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
- Hands-on experience in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming, with proficiency in at least one modern language (e.g., C#, Python, Java ).
- Skills in Back-End Development, including building APIs, working with databases, and integrating services in a production environment.
- Ability to collaborate with actuarial and data teams, translate business and model requirements into technical specifications, and document solutions clearly.
- Familiarity with actuarial concepts, insurance products, or quantitative modeling is an advantage.
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Navi Mumbai, with strong time management and independent problem-solving skills.
