Spectral Consultants is Hiring for Accounts Payable Specialist [German B2 Level]

Location: Bangalore

We're looking for a detail-oriented AP professional with strong German language skills to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices (PO & non-PO) in SAP within SLAs

Perform 3-way matching and resolve invoice discrepancies

Handle vendor communication in German & English

Support payment runs and reconcile vendor accounts

Contribute to month-end/year-end closing activities

Drive process improvement and automation in the AP process

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration

German proficiency (B2 level or above) – written & verbal





4–6 years of experience in Accounts Payable / P2P operations (shared services or MNC workplace)

Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

Strong analytical, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills
