ARDEM Data Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our growing Finance & Accounting team.

? Location: Remote | India

? Experience: 3+ Years in Accounts Payable

? Shift: Permanent Night Shift | US Business Hours

? Work Mode: 100% Work From Home

? Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate PO, Non-PO, and specialized invoices

• Perform 2-way/3-way matching and identify duplicate invoices

- Investigate and resolve invoice exceptions and discrepancies
- Manage invoice queues, backlog, aging, approvals, and reprocessing

• Handle AP mailbox, vendor queries, invoice/payment status, and documentation

- Support vendor and bank-detail changes in accordance with established controls
- Prepare and review payment proposals, due dates, holds, credits, and payment exceptions
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations and open-item cleanup

• Support month-end close, accruals, cutoff activities, and AP reporting

- Coordinate with vendors, procurement, receiving teams, business teams, and Finance/AP for issue resolution

? What We’re Looking For

✅ B.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

✅ 3+ years of relevant Accounts Payable experience





✅ Strong knowledge of PO/Non-PO invoice processing, matching, reconciliations, and payments

✅ Experience with an ERP/Accounting and AP Workflow platform

✅ Good MS Excel skills

✅ Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

✅ US process / US accounting experience will be an advantage

Since this is a 100% remote role , candidates must have:

? Windows Laptop/Desktop

- Windows 10/11
- Intel Core i5 (8th Gen or later)

• Minimum 8 GB RAM | 16 GB preferred

- 14" FHD or equivalent display recommended

? Dedicated Broadband Internet

• Minimum 100 Mbps reliable internet connection

- Stable connectivity suitable for permanent WFH operations

? Power Backup

- UPS/Inverter or suitable backup power solution is recommended
