HIRING – ACCOUNTS MANAGER | LOGISTICS INDUSTRY

? Location: Thane, Maharashtra

? Preferred candidates from Thane / Mumbai / Navi Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to independently manage the Accounts & Finance function of our logistics business and lead a dedicated team of approximately 10 Accounts professionals.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day Accounts operations
- Lead, supervise & allocate work to a team of 10 members
- Monitor billing, collections, payments, AR & AP
- Bank, customer & vendor reconciliations
- GST, TDS & statutory compliance coordination
- Prepare MIS and management reports
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions
- Coordinate with Operations, Management, auditors, vendors & customers
- Ensure proper accounting controls, processes & documentation
- Take complete ownership of the Accounts team's performance

? Candidate Requirements





✅ 5–10 years of Accounts & Finance experience

✅ Logistics / Transport industry experience preferred

✅ Experience managing a team of 8–10 people

✅ Robust knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, AR/AP & reconciliations

✅ Good command of MS Excel & accounting/ERP software

✅ Strong leadership, communication & analytical skills

✅ Should be able to work independently and take ownership

? Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Accounts professional who can independently handle the complete Accounts function and manage a 10-member team with minimal supervision.
