We are seeking an experienced

Accounts & Finance Manager from

Mumbai location to lead our financial operations and support strategic growth.

Key Requirements:

- 12–13 years of experience in financial management, corporate accounting, and regulatory compliance.

- Expert-level proficiency in Zoho Books to manage, streamline, and optimise our automated financial systems.

- Strong leadership skills to manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

- Ability to ensure accurate financial reporting, strategic insights, and strong regulatory compliance

.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and evaluate a dedicated team of accounts executives, fostering
- skilled growth and ensuring daily operational accuracy.

- Financial Ecosystem Management: Own and optimise the complete end-to-end accounting pipeline
- specifically within Zoho Books, maintaining structural data integrity and cloud-based workflow
- efficiency.

- Strategic Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyse, and present comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and
- annual financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and operational budgets to executive leadership.

- Compliance & Taxation: Supervise corporate tax planning, timely filings (including statutory audits,

- GST, TDS, and corporate returns, and ensure absolute adherence to local financial regulations.

- Audit Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, preparing necessary
- schedules, reconciling books,



and resolving audit queries smoothly.

- Internal Controls: Design, implement, and monitor robust internal accounting policies, continuous risk
- assessments and standard operating procedures to safeguard company assets.

- Working Capital Management: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor contracts,

- and banking relationships to maintain an optimised cash runway and liquidity balance.

Qualification

- Zoho Books Expertise:

Advanced hands-on experience with

Zoho Books

, with a minimum of

4–5 years in multi-entity or scaled enterprise environments.

- Leadership:

Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and developing accounting/finance teams.

- Education & Certifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, commerce, or a related field

.

CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.

- Analytical Skills:

Strong proficiency in financial modelling, advanced spreadsheets, data analysis, and strategic decision-making

.

- Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present insights to senior stakeholders.
