Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to manage our day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and routine tax filings (GST/TDS) to support our core finance function.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Bookkeeping: Prepare and post routine journal, payment, receipt, and purchase vouchers in accounting software.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process client invoices, track outstanding receivables, manage vendor payments, and follow up on payment collections.
- Reconciliations: Perform regular bank statement reconciliations along with vendor and customer ledger reconciliations.
- Statutory Compliance: Calculate and maintain documentation for GST, TDS,



and assist senior management with return filings.
- Petty Cash Management: Maintain petty cash registers, verify expense claims, and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries, trial balances, and documentation for audits.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of practical experience in core accounting roles.
- Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), or standard ERP tools.
- Taxation Knowledge: Practical understanding of GST, TDS, and basic Indian tax compliance laws.
- Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and good written/verbal communication skills.
