: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to support the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the organization. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, financial documentation, taxation, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, bills, and receipts.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in preparation of MIS and financial reports.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documents.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Process vendor payments and monitor outstanding balances.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual account closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.




- Perform other accounting and finance-related activities as assigned.

- Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS procedures.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in educational institutions, universities, or corporate organizations will be an added advantage.
