We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Accounts & Finance with B.Com/M.Com qualification and experience in the healthcare/hospital sector. Strong accounting skills and bank payment processing knowledge. The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, and the ability to ensure accuracy, transparency, and adherence to financial policies within a hospital workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting and financial transactions.

- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Coordinate with auditors and department heads for audit requirements.

- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Qualifications

- M.Com (Master of Commerce).

- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.

- Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
