Job Title: Accounting Specialist

Job Summary The role will be responsible for accounting operations, financial reporting, AR/AP management, taxation, statutory compliances, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Record, verify and process financial accounting transactions and entries.
- Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Prepare financial statements and support monthly account closing.
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Assist with tax audit reports and income tax returns.

2. AR / AP Management

- Manage customer and vendor accounts.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Handle TDS reconciliations and follow-ups.
- Handle GST reconciliations and follow-ups.
- Verify and account for vendor invoices.

3. Financial Management

- Support working capital management and control.
- Coordinate with banks for day-to-day banking requirements.
- Prepare and submit stock and debtors statements.

4. Taxation & Statutory Compliance





- Prepare tax computations and ensure statutory compliances.
- Handle Form 15CA/CB filings.
- Manage TDS calculations, payments and returns.
- Manage GST calculations, payments and returns.

5. Audit & Assurance

- Support audit planning and monitoring.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required audit support.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of accounting operations and month-end/close processes.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to plan, monitor and deliver individual targets aligned with organizational objectives.
