We’re hiring an Accounting & Finance Intern to join our team in Koramangala, Bangalore.

What You’ll Do

- Maintain ledgers, AP, AR, and bank and credit card reconciliations
- Support month-end close, journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and schedules
- Prepare P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, and management reports
- Analyze cash flow, working capital, costs, margins, and business performance
- Investigate discrepancies, exceptions, and unusual transactions
- Use QuickBooks Online and other US finance systems
- Apply AI and automation to reduce manual processes

What We’re Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, CA, CMA, ACCA, MBA Finance, or a related qualification




- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Familiarity with general ledger, AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Analytical, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Valuable written and spoken English
- Interest in AI and automation

Preferred

- Previous accounting or finance internship
- Exposure to QuickBooks Online or other accounting systems
- Understanding of US GAAP
- Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or management reporting

Internship 3 months, in person in Koramangala, Bangalore, with the opportunity to continue full-time based on performance.
