Role Description This full time, on-site Accountant role is based in Shahjahanpur and focuses on managing day-to-day financial operations for the company. The Accountant will prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliations, and ensure timely posting of all transactions.

The role includes monitoring accounts payable and receivable, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, and assisting with budgeting and cost analysis. The Accountant will support tax compliance, coordinate with auditors,



and ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and company policies. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to provide financial insights, maintaining accurate documentation, and implementing process improvements for better financial control.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
- Experience with accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
- Ability to manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow tracking.
- Familiarity with tax regulations, statutory compliance, and coordination with auditors.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or software-focused environment is preferred.
