Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in West Delhi. The Accountant will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, and management of accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities include supporting direct and indirect tax compliance, assisting with audit and assurance assignments, and preparing working papers and schedules for tax and audit engagements. The role involves reconciling accounts, maintaining ledgers, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and collaborating with team members to meet client deadlines.

Qualifications





- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements.
- Experience with direct and indirect tax compliance, including tax calculations, returns, and documentation.
- Exposure to audit and assurance engagements, including preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Proficiency with accounting and tax software, as well as MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple client assignments and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or pursuing) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with NRI tax matters and current Indian tax laws is beneficial.
