Role Description This is a full-time, in office Accountant role based in Ahmedabad. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, tracking client payments, monitoring vendor accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records in accounting software. The role will support monthly and annual closing processes, assist in budgeting and financial reporting, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.



The Accountant will collaborate with the operations and sales teams to align financial processes with booking cycles and vendor contracts, and provide clear, timely financial information to management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger management.
- Candidates should possess skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and basic financial analysis.
- Candidates should possess skills in using accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organization skills.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or a service-oriented industry is beneficial, along with familiarity with GST and local tax regulations.
