Job Summary Micromitti is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support the organization’s financial health. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, hands-on experience with accounting software, and a solid understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Maintain day-to-day accounting functions including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Manage vendor payments, invoices, and expense tracking.
- Handle customer billing, follow-ups, and outstanding collections.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions.
- Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings as per regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Budgeting & Analysis

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
- Monitor cash flows and prepare cash-flow statements when required.
- Systems & Software
- Work with accounting/ERP software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks—modify as applicable).
- Maintain financial databases and support process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
