Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the company’s complete accounting and finance operations and lead the Accounts Team. The candidate should be capable of independently handling accounting, compliance, reporting, and financial coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Lead, supervise, and manage the Accounts Team.
- Handle and review sales, purchase, expense, payment, and receipt entries.
- Manage GST, TDS, reconciliations, and statutory compliances.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, bank, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports for management.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Handle monthly/yearly closing and finalization of accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting records and proper documentation.




- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Establish proper accounting processes and maintain solid financial controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Previous experience as an Accounts Manager / Finance Manager preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, taxation, and reconciliations.
- Experience in managing and supervising an Accounts Team.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
- Ability to independently manage the complete accounts function.
- Experience with e-commerce/marketplace accounting will be an added advantage.
