We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to join our travel agency team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, handling travel-related payments, and assisting with financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounts and financial records.
- Record sales, expenses, receipts, payments, and other transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank accounts and cash transactions.
- Handle invoices, bills, receipts, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain records of travel bookings, customer payments, refunds, and commissions.
- Reconcile accounts with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel partners.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Manage GST/TDS-related accounting and coordinate with the CA for statutory compliance.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions.




- Assist management with financial analysis and other accounting-related tasks.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a travel agency or tourism company.
- Good knowledge of Tally/Busy or other accounting software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and basic taxation.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2–5 years

Location: Faridabad , Haryana

Salary: 3 LPA, depending on experience and skills.
