: Accountant & HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced Accountant & HR Executive who can independently manage both accounting and human resource activities.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain financial records
- Handle billing, invoices, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliation
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare accounting reports and support financial documentation
- Manage payroll processing and employee salary records
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination
- Manage HR documentation and administrative activities
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and HR-related tasks

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of accounting practices and HR processes
- Experience with accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred)
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
- Good communication and organisational skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
