Bisheshwari Int Pvt. Ltd. is a growing organization committed to maintaining strong financial management, accuracy, transparency and accountability in its business operations. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Record sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal and contra entries.
- Maintain and update ledgers, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Prepare invoices, bills, receipts and payment records.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and customer/vendor ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain petty cash and cash transaction records.
- Assist in GST-related accounting, reconciliation and return preparation.
- Handle TDS calculation, records and compliance support.




- Maintain purchase and sales registers and other statutory records.
- Assist in preparation of monthly MIS, Trial Balance, P&L; and other financial reports.
- Coordinate with the CA/auditor for accounting and statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of bills, vouchers, invoices and financial records.
- Support salary/payroll-related accounting and employee expense records, where required.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely completion of accounting activities.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.

Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com preferred.
- Candidates with relevant accounting experience and Tally certification may also be considered.

Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
