Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Accountant at Arch Events.

The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling bank and vendor accounts.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking accounts receivable and payable, managing expense reports, and supporting payroll processing.

The role will involve preparing financial statements and reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting for events and operations, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations.



The Accountant will collaborate with the operations and events teams to provide accurate cost tracking, support financial decision-making, and maintain organized financial records.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger management.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for projects or events.
- Experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Ability to use accounting software - Zoho Books & Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in events, hospitality, or project-based businesses is a plus.
